Love my skillsaw I am not a draw in the lines, neat type of guy, so I made sure all my tools are laser guided. This one works great, the saw is powerful and cuts cleanly and the laser lines up exactly with the cut. The laser helps you get a straighter cut than otherwise possible sans jig (for me anyway) because I can look down ahead of the cut on the workpiece and keep my laser in the lines out there. That might not make sense until you use the saw – but if you buy it you’ll see what I mean…
Replacement for Craftsman This was a replacement for my 20 year old Craftsman. The new saw has a better feel, but I did like the trigger start on my old saw. This one is quickly adjustable for depth and angle. Laser is easy to use and helpful. Only complain is push button start rather than trigger.
