Works fine After original pad crumbled from age, I purchased this replacement pad for my one-hand 5″ P-C sander. Works great during the first few hrs of use so far.
OEM product This is an OEM product that is the same quality as the sander. But at a much lower price than elsewhere so it is the best combo you can get.
I had a hook and loop pad on my Porter-Cable to start with… it was nice, but after many (M A N Y) years and hours of use, it finally (and quite literally) disintegrated. I purchased this pad so I could use PSA paper, and I also purchased a replacement hook and loop so that I could continue to use my already purchased hook and loop paper. Fits like it should and works great. By the way… if you are replacing this, then you may want to check your bearings as well.
