Is just Sandpaper The product did a great job cleaning the bottom of my boat. The product worked flawlessly I would recommend it.
I use it often in preparing surfaces for paint. Velcro adhesive works well for now but what about later.I really like the Velcro loading feature compared to some other sanders you have to clamp the sand paper down.
