We have sold thousands of nailers and staplers from this factory ,and for an imported stapler this tool has got to be one of the best values on the market. Returns run well under 1%, and although we would hesitate to recommend for heavy commercial use, they have stood up surprisingly well under some pretty adverse conditions. Ideally suited for 5/16″ – 3/8″ flooring, this tool can be used for up to 1/2″ wood (it may require a home made shim beneath the shoe for 1/2″ to properly level the tool). Suitable for use on most laminates and hardwoods in this size range. The stapler comes as illustrated with quick connect, along with a small bottle of oil.

Let’s put it this way – if you are going to lay your own floor, or if you are a general contractor who does the occasional laminated or hardwood floor, you will need to rent one of these anyways, and 2 – 3 days rental is about the price of this stapler. If you wish to take your time with your hardwood flooring project, you don’t want to be renting a gun at 0 – 0 a day! This stapler will probably pay for itself in one job. We do also list the staples for this tool (please keep in mind that this tool uses ONLY Bostitch SB97-1GLS and Bynford BYN-AFS1 1″ x 3/16″ crown staples).

Product Features

  • Ideally suited for 5/16″ floors, can also be used for floors from 1/4″ – 1/2″ (see details below)
  • Uses Bostitch SB97-1G and Bynford BYN-AFS1 1″ 21 gauge flooring staples
  • Now includes BM Plastic Case

Great Product and very low price. I got this stapler to do my Bruces 5/16 hard wood flooring and it was great. Did a room 14×13.5 in two days. 3/4 of the room in 6 hours after I got going. What a time saver and I did not have to rent, which would have cost the same. Do not go buying a 250 floor stapler if it is to do your own floor or if you are going to rent one. Take your time and use this. Jeff Wolfenson

Great Tool at Great Price I bought the Bynford Floor Stapler last winter to lay engineered hardwood. I did not want to rent a stapler as I did not know how much time and help I would have. The previous spring I had laid about 250 square feet of 5/16 oak using a brad nailer, which worked fine but was time consuming placing the brads. With the Bynford my 2 sons and I laid about 450 square feet of the engineered oak hardwood in a day and a half, with only a couple of staple jams. This included all cutting and the…
