Smooth Glide The variable speed control is excellent, and it does what it does, drills holes expertly. Of course it reverses for removing screws. It comes with 3/8″ keyed chuck and a belt clip. Variable speed control: 0-3000 RPM. Nice soft grip, however, it is a little weighty but I think a person with small hands could handle it without much problem. There is a tiny bit of torque but not that much where a user is unable to control. After you get the rotation up to your desired speed the torquing dissipates…
I like my drill Ordered this drill for me and I used it the day it arrived. I used 3 inch deck screws in a 4X4 post and they sunk right in without any extra pushing from my arthritic old hands. Makes my life a lot easier and the gate swings open and closed nicely too!The manual chuck was a must for me because the chuckless kind really hurts my hands. This one I can control the tightness of the bit. I really like this drill better than any other I have had.
Very good for the money Sturdy. True and concentric, unlike some battery models. Good to have on hand when you really don’t need a battery powered drill.
