really poor battery life The drill is fine, and comes with a typical bit set, but the battery life is awful. Forget using it if it’s been sitting on the shelf for a month. You’ve got to charge both batteries before doing anything just so you can make it through the job.

Vic says:

Its actually made by All Trade; battery dies if you turn around! Hate the poor battery life! Whenever I need it, it’s drained! Even if fully charged a day or two ago! Also, it carries a Kawasaki logo (the reason a lot of people buy it) but its made by AllTrade which, to me, is a misrepresentation and sort of deceitful (unless you are into reading fine prints!). Overall it gets the work done but is not reliable when you need it, for above reason. Will not buy again!

Ziggy Q. Bozo "Ziggy" says:

disappointed by recall I used this drill/driver for a several months, and it worked OK for an inexpensive tool. Then I was notified that there was a recall on the chargers by All Trade Tools. Some of the batteries were incompatible with the charger and would overheat and blow up.The new charger arrived a few weeks later. It is flimsier than the original, and I had to cut away the carrying case to make it fit. They also gave me a coupon for $10 off and free shipping for any Kawasaki tool I bought…
