Quality Tool, user manual leaves some to be desired First, tool itself was an excellent purchase, it works as expected, have significant power, and look and feels like a quality tool. The user manual is lacking some details. The actual operation of the two control levers are not covered in the book. The unit came packed with grease in the lubrication pot but manual says to use 40 weight oil, after emailing the distributor was told to use grease but not when to add or how much or what grease to use.. Continues to do its jobs! Edit [11/4/19]: Stiill going great! Used the 3″ chisel to remove an old mortar shower pan and wall surround done in ugly old tile. Then, after cutting large rectangular openings in the slab underneath to get at the old cast iron drains needing replacement, used the Eneacro with narrow bits to break the concrete into manageable sized pieces. SO glad I bought this! Unfortunately, I’m now out of grease, and although the hammer is still working, no one from Eneacro has yet responded to my…
A fantastic drill for the money I have looked at many top name drill’s but they don’t come close to the quality and power of this Baby…. I have found that a top name brand doesn’t mean it is the best…. I’m sure if you buy one of these you will be happy…. You also find these people give great service and helpful in all categories in their products ….I have just bought one of their power ratchets,,,I hope it as good as this drill!!!!HARLAN
